I have thoroughly enjoyed the training this week, Michelle really knows her stuff and she just turns training on its head.
Today she asked us what we know about food hygiene and after the initial shock people were coming forward and raising their hands. She made us feel like we already know loads but I know she taught us more.
I am bursting with information and questions every time I attend and she’s always very knowledgeable and knows her stuff.
